Liz Sroka

Liz Sroka has been working in apartment management in Los Angeles since 2010 and is a co-founder of Silver Screen Properties, where she currently oversees a portfolio of 179 rental units across the greater Los Angeles area. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the multifamily housing sector, Liz has developed a comprehensive understanding of every facet of property management—from tenant acquisition and retention to vendor relations and operational efficiency.
As a licensed California real estate broker, Liz has advised and represented buyers and sellers of single family homes while specializing in leasing, marketing and coordinating repairs and maintenance of multifamily properties. Her approach combines strategic marketing with personalized tenant service, ensuring high occupancy rates and long-term resident satisfaction.
In her free time she’s an avid baseball fan, award winning crocheter and prolific knitter, ensuring her friends and family have more sweaters than there are cold days in Southern California.
Dax Belli-Estreito
Co-Founder | Broker
Dax Belli-Estreito is the co-founder of Silver Screen Properties, a Los Angeles–based property management company specializing in multifamily and warehouse assets. Before launching Silver Screen with Liz Sroka, Dax spent 14 years with HMMY Property Management, gaining extensive experience in leasing, accounting, and portfolio operations.
A licensed California real estate broker and member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), Dax works closely with property owners and their CPAs on tax preparation, financial reporting, and loan refinancing, ensuring every property remains compliant and financially sound. He also manages insurance renewals and oversees all accounts payable and receivable for both the company and client portfolios.
Outside of work, Dax is an avid 49ers fan, Apple enthusiast, and can often be found with sushi in hand and The Office playing quietly in the background—usually with Dwight offering unsolicited business advice.

With over 10 years of experience in property management, Logan brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to every community he manages. His background spans all aspects of property operations—including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and vendor management—ensuring properties run smoothly and efficiently.
As a licensed real estate professional, Logan combines industry expertise with a strong understanding of market trends and compliance, allowing him to deliver exceptional service and value to both property owners and residents alike.
When he’s not managing properties, you’ll likely find Logan on the pickleball court, watching his beloved LA sport teams, fixing something that isn't broken, and spending time with his family.
